Public input is a key component to this project. Public input will be collected at several points during the project. The following are anticipated timeframes for public meetings that will occur through Phase 2:
Public Meeting #1: February 19, 2019 from 5 to 7 PM at the Billings Public Library Community Room (510 North Broadway)
Public Meeting #2: February 2020
Public Meeting #3: Fall of 2020
