The optimization plan and preliminary schedule outlines three interactive components, including work efforts, durations, and deliverable details that result from each effort. Meetings have been aligned to occur at meaningful points in the process, to inform the beginning of new tasks or to provide feedback on recommendations before they are completed. Meetings with MDT, local governments, resource agencies, and stakeholders are scheduled throughout the 18-month plan.
