The roadway section of the project was constructed in 2023 and included a two-lane roadway, stormwater detention ponds, a box culvert, and several approaches to adjacent properties. The roadway was built on a berm to keep travelers elevated above the floodplain and provide smooth connections to the elevated Yellowstone River Bridge and Railroad Overpass structures.
